Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who uses Tandora. By signing in or using the service you agree to them. Questions go to jason@tandora.ai.

The service

Tandora provides an AI assistant to businesses. It is in early access: features change, and it may be unavailable at times. A business's own agreement with us, where there is one, takes precedence over these terms.

Your account

Only people a business has allowed may sign in to its site. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us right away at the address above if you think someone else has used your access.

What the assistant writes

The assistant can be wrong. It prepares drafts and answers for people to review; it does not replace their judgment. The business is responsible for what it sends, approves or relies on, and for meeting the rules of its own industry.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tandora to break the law, to send spam or deceptive messages, to access information you are not allowed to see, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

Your information

A business's information remains its own. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty; limits

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount the business paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

A business can stop using Tandora at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
